ENTERPRISE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE

ECM consulting services are focused on the development phase of your enterprise application development project.  Once your architecture is defined ECM consulting services are used to setup, configure and program your ECM solution per the technical specifications for the ECM project.

 

1. We work closely with the Enterprise Architect to understand the organizations’ strategic direction.
2. The Software Architect designs the ECM solution and develops the Technical Specification.
3. The Application Developer and Java Developer configure and program the front-end modules for enterprise use.
4. The Workflow Designer configures process design.

 

APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGY

We follow agile development methodologies that minimize the time lag between identifying requirements and the delivery of working code. The departmental high-level requirements are captured as statements of desired functionality. Technical requirements are formalized and development progresses delivering the required functionality with as little process overhead as possible.
